OUR TEACHER SELECTION PROCESS
The qualifications and references of all teacher applicants are thoroughly checked. If an applicant satisfies our selection criteria, an interview and a 2 hour trial lesson will be carried out. The managing director or a member of the senior faculty will carefully observe the classroom lesson and if they demonstrate enough knowledge and skill, then they may be offered a position on the teaching team.

At DYNAMO, we are proud of our teaching team. We are careful to choose teachers who are passionate about their area of expertise and who ensure that our students receive the best possible education. We also carefully support new teachers through their initial months at DYNAMO and train them in how we like our classes to be delivered. Regular teaching observations and feedback sessions are conducted, as well as provide a supportive and collegial atmosphere in which ideas and good practice can be shared.
Meetings are held every two weeks, in which teachers are encouraged to suggest areas of improvement, which are then followed up by the Managing Director or a member of the Senior Faculty in workshops designed to ensure that our teachers are always on the cutting edge of teaching practice.
our teaching style
We believe that for every hour that the student spends in class, they should be able to identify clear learning outcomes. Our teachers are responsible for providing this focused learning environment. However, this does not mean boring classes! At DYNAMO, we aim to motivate, inspire, enthuse and empower students to achieve rapid progress in their classes. We therefore discourage the usage of dry photocopies and dull texts, and prefer our classes to be hands-on, communicative and interactive.
